I felt like a restless, fidgety child the night before Sheeba and Geoffrey’s wedding. Restless and eager for what was to come, with the forecast calling for 40 mile per hour winds, torrential downpours, and possible power outages across the tri-state area, excitement was all that I was felling. Although we’ve only had the pleasure of knowing this lovely couple for less than six months; we’ve been able to get to know them on a personal level from our numerous interactions, Engagement Sessions and phone conversations. Every time we part ways or hang up the phone, all we can do is laugh at Geoffrey’s ability to joke in any situation and Sheeba’s ability to plan every situation. They are perfect for each other, on so many different levels, I am sure Sheeba has a list about it somewhere, as well as I am sure Geoff has one-liners ready to go.
As we arrived at the hotel, both Sheeba and Geoff were finishing up their final touches. Geoff was fidgeting with his bow-tie and cuff-links while Sheeba was getting the final touches of her make-up and hair done. Sheeba looked absolutely stunning and confident in her beautiful white dress and alter length veil. The look on Geoffrey’s face when he first saw her was priceless, his eyes twinkled as he gushed happiness laughing with giddy excitement all the way. At theif first look we were able to capture some amazing images of the couple as they gazed into each other’s eyes realizing that after thi sday everything would be different. A good different.
Their romantic ceremony took place at Kirkpatrick’s Chapel in New Brunswick, NJ. It was meticulously planned down to the minute but this didn’t stop our couple from having a great blend of both Indian and American customs. It was clear that Sheeba and Geoff had thought of every detail in their planning process. With the love of their family and friends, it was official Sheeba and Geoffrey were married!! After the ceremony we followed the bridal party to their reception at Royal Albert’s Palace in their “Hummer Killer.”
The reception was simply elegant, from the wonderful food, to the heartfelt speeches, and the phenomenal cake. Sheeba and Geoffrey, it was an absolute pleasure photographing your wedding! I want to thank the both of you for allowing us to be a part of your big day! We hope you two have a fantastic honeymoon and cannot wait to share all of your beautiful images with you!
