Rita traveled half way around the country to finally meet the man who had her up all night laughing over the telephone: his quick wit and ability to turn the mundane hysterical. He was the guy who sent her sweet text messages throughout the day that made her smile regardless of the stresses around her and he was the guy who she had fallen for over a long distance friendship that would hopefully take the next step.
Neil had their first date planned out perfectly; he would pick her up from the airport and take her around Dallas to see the sights. After hours of walking, talking and laughing they would end the evening at Fireside pies. Rita and Neil sat around laughing for hours, exchanging stories and recounting hysterical moments in the past. The hours flew by and the food and drinks flowed throughout. At the end of the evening it was certain that this was no ordinary friendship and they both were excited to take the next step.
Rita and Neil’s Old Town Alexandria Engagement Session started out as we walked the boardwalk, passed the Torpedo Factory and headed up the cobbled roads. After Old Town Alexandria we headed south to Dyke Park where we were able to take advantage of the fall colors and tree lined trails.
