Over 10,000 feet in the air Johanna was crying, her legs were trembling and she was utterly speechless. Next to her sat her mother who was crying tears of joy as well, grasping her daughters shoulder and in complete shock. George was next to his future wife and mother in law; down on one knee in a helicopter overlooking the Niagara Falls, smiling from ear to ear as he asked Johanna the love of his life to spend the rest of her life with him. She nodded in approval as George placed the ring on her finger before she embraced him and promised to never let go.
Johana and George met while they both worked at the same company, they went from friends to good friends, to best friends and eventually started dating – over time their friendship and love grew stronger as each taught the other something new and something old. Johanna took George to church with her where she fell in love with his faith and bond with god. George took Johanna to a habitat for humanity volunteer project where they both helped those less fortunate and he fell in love with her ability and need to take care of others. Their selflessness, love and faith grew intertwined as their love grew stronger.
Johanna and George were married in a traditional Christian Wedding at the Grand Historic Venue in Baltimore Maryland. They exchanged heartfelt vows that had most of the audience crying before exchanging rings that signified their eternal love for each other. After the ceremony the reception kept everyone entertained as friends and family toasted the beautiful couple and they danced the night away before a sparkler exit.
