They grew up in the same small town, went to the same high school and knew each other for most of their lives. What started out as a high school romance quickly bloomed into a love that lasted seven years before Saurav got down on one knee. Their love story is one for the books as their high school romance took them traveling around the world, working side by side at the same company, grew their love and affliction for cars and each other. If ever there was a couple to write to book on love these two would be the ideal authors.
As Bijal woke up on the day of her wedding all she could do was smile and drink coffee. Smile because today was the day she had been dreaming about forever and coffee because after a night of celebrating and dancing our beautiful bride only got 3 hours’ worth of sleep. But no matter, Bijal was excited, relaxed and smiling from ear to ear to the point of jittery but beautiful non the less.
Once our bride and groom were ready we took them out to a beautiful bride for their first look that was nothing short of spectacular. They smiled to the point of tears when they saw each other for the first time; Saurav, being himself made Bijal laugh the way only he can and the two of them basked in the moment to themselves, together and in love.
The Baarat was nothing short of spectacular as family and friends surrounded Saurav on his white stallion and danced as if no one was watching. Everyone was enjoying the baarat as Dhol players and DJ Lucky kept the party going in full swing. As they neared the hotel and preparations began for the Milini; Bijal surrounded by her sisters and bridal party raced to the scene and enjoyed the last few minutes of the Baarat before being whisked away.
The ceremony was stunning with beautiful porcelain Ganish Ji statues basking the center isle with gorgeous linens and a stunning mandap. The ceremony was quick but beautiful as they fought each other with the garlands, held hands throughout and simply lived in the moment.
The last major event of the night was the reception which was stunning. Beautiful up lights, a stunning center stage, speeches that made you cry and performances that made you smile. After the program ended the family and friends danced the night away with great music, a lively crowd and Bijal and Saurav loving every moment of it.
