Surili entered the summer wedding reception of her friends Jay and Roshni looking dapper from head to toe. It was a family friend’s wedding that Surili had been looking forward to all summer – beautiful décor, fantastic food and long lost friends from all walks of life. Surili was dressed the part, sporting a beautiful lengha, gorgeous high heels, and of course the perfect clutch to match.
She was excited to catch up with old friends and family but as she entered the reception hall and before she could find a familiar face Amit approached her with his witty humor, funny one liners and the gift of conversation that simply kept Surili entertained all night long.
They talked about their careers, how they knew the bride and groom, Surili’s shoes and everything else under the sun. Coincidence had them sitting at the same table, laughing at the same jokes and eventually leaving with each others numbers and hearts.
