It’s been said that women possess certain characteristics that can make a man stop in his tracks and notice, quite possibly, she sparkles. Not literally, but in this invisible way that draws him into her gravitational pull and circles her with delight and intrigue. Anjali is one of those girls. Just ask Gaurav.

From the very moment he first noticed her, walking down a bland hallway with flickering lights at the office, racking her high heels loudly rushing to get to a meeting she was already late to, checking her blackberry incessantly and smiling uncontrollably, she sparkled. He was drawn to her and had to get to know her. So when opportuntiy struck and they were both taking the same work training he made sure he got to sit next to her.And they simply hit it off, laughing uncontrollably, sending back and forth IMs and not paying attention to the training what. so. ever.

At their first of many four hour dates at Rasika, multiple evenings at Rays, nights out in Bethesda, Arlington and Washington DC, she simply sparkled. She made him smile, laugh uncontrollably and always kept him on his toes.

Gaurav was the perfect mix of sweetheart, best friend and goofball all rolled into the man Anjali wanted to marry. His uncontrollable ability to make her laugh on que and his need to take care of her every worry made him the perfect man, her knight in shining armor. He knew she was the one from the moment he laid eyes on her and finally, the day they both had always dreamed about was here. And She Sparkled.

Anjali and Gaurav’s Indian Wedding at the Westfields Marriott took place on a beautiful fall day. This gorgeous venue was the location where 300 of the couples closest family and friends witnessed Anjali and Garuav officially become husband and wife.
