He choked back tears of joy the moment he saw Rashi as they finally saw each other on their wedding day; in the middle of Rock Creek Park, in their own personal moment of solitude. Sandeep complimented Rashi on her elegance, her beauty and thanked her for making him so happy. Rashi smiled slyly and reminded him that it only took him eight years to propose.
Rashi and Sandeep are the best of friends, he is the one to wipe her tears, she is the one he bounces his business ideas off of and they are best friends who love each other uncontrollably (plus Rosco – Rashi’s German Sheppard).
Their wedding day was a reflection of their lives together as family and friends descended to the Omni Shoreham Hotel to watch the Outdoor Hindu Wedding of Rashi and Sandeep where they both promised each other to hold hands no matter how old they get, to eat dinner together and to always be each other’s loudest cheerleader in life.
The rest of the evening was spent celebrating with full glasses of champagne, heartwarming speeches, stunning choreographed dances and poems recited from Nobel Laureates. As they held each other’s hands throughout the speeches, dances and poems the look in their eyes made it evident that they truly believed that they were the luckiest people in the world.
