‘Trash the dress’ is a statement, as a Washington DC Wedding Photographer a statement that is not heard enough. But a wonderful statement of love that signifies the brides utter devotion to her husband. Her understanding that she will never need; nor wear a wedding dress again, and because of that, the dress can be burned, drowned, buried or destroyed. And when you add a photographer to the mix he might try to do all four! Unfortunately we couldn’t get the zoning permits to burn the dress so we tried to drown, bury and destroy it instead!
